Difficult Situations Turn Into A Blessing..

Difficult situations turn into a Blessing..
Fe Hayag, Facilitator –SLC ULE

I am Fe Hayag, 58 years old, widow and Born Again Christian. I have 6 children, 4 girls and 2 boys. I was working abroad in Middle East and has been working as Domestic helper.I work for my children, I want them to finish school for their future, not like me. We lived in Novaliches for 15 years, where we have more bad memories. I decided to sell the house and transfer to Taytay, Rizal together with  my children and my grandchildren. We stay there for four year and maybe that is the will of God. We were affetced by the tyhpoon Undoy and Habagat and for us it is a blessing and an answered prayer, we got a house and lot that was provided by the government in Pinugay Antipolo City.

In Antipolo, I met Ma’am Emy and Ma’am Ness, staff of CMP, and in charge in the ULE Project. I got to know them when ULE and NHA conducted a livelihood  training on Meat processing and that is the beeginning of my journey in ULE. I join the group and was trained as Facilitator. Now I have formed 5 groups of mothers. I thank God for giving me enough knowledge and wisdom and I am not using it for myself and family but to the community where I belong, especially when it comes to empowering women. I want to know more about life and Jesus and I enjoy the life with God. Thanks to God we found ULE. They are the bridge to help people help themselves. SHALOM!
